Again, you need to manage your customers better. When you start an order with someone and take payment on it, put the ship-on date in the custom listing title. "Taking two weeks" is apparently not descriptive enough. Give them an exact date.

Also, if your first reaction is to get pissed off at advice then you're going to sink. And the only problems i've had are people trying to get free things for their *~*blog*~*.
