Pretty pissed about my most recent Vograce order. I've ordered multiple times in the past and had 0 complaints to speak of, but everything went to shit with this order. They arrived too late for my event, and they're all smaller than they're supposed to be, and blurry/pixelated to shit. I'm gonna see if I can get them replaced, but if you're expecting an order soon, make damn sure you get sample photos to approve of first (they didn't give me any this time which I thought was odd). Even if they'd still arrived late, I would've rather they be something I can use for another con. Gonna see if they'll replace them, because over 150 charms I can't use or sell is nonsense.
