Fuck, guys, just...fuck.
I just got in some bodyline shoes and the buckles/snaps on both of the criss-crossing straps instantaneously broke off as soon as I tried them on.
How do I fix this? Can I fix this? I can't imagine hot-gluing this together. Maybe take it to a cobbler? The other shoe is fine, can I just e-mail Bodyline and ask if I can buy a replacement right shoe or should I ask for a refund or what ugh
