/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I'm totally stuck here. Not sure what to do legwear wise, or which kind/color of shoes to wear. Would it be appropriate to use polka-dot tights, to match the cardigan?

I am also trying to decide between mint tea parties or some kind of brown oxford (or maybe something that's very classically styled with a small heel.)
