...I feel like an idiot for not checking youtube for tutorials.

My first attempt used those large foam puzzle-piece mats. I was trying to make 40k power armor, and while I think some of the pieces from my first try looked alright I really had no idea what I was doing or how to assemble and connect the whole thing together.

I wonder if EVA foam would be able to hold the shape of that kind of oversized armor correctly. Or would I have to pad it or add something rigid at places?
