How long should I wait before contacting a seller about not receiving my item? It's been 17 days, my dress still isn't here, and the tracking hasn't updated since that first day stating it's left the office of exchange.
I've contacted my post office, and they said to reach out to the seller. Should I wait a bit more, or just ask the seller if they can file some kind of missing item report now?
