I need help.

I have attempted to dye my hair purple a couple of times now and it won't take all the way.

I bleached completely both times.

I used to dye my hair all sorts of unnatural colors and never had this issue before.

I've already lifted my hair a ton, so I'm not gonna do it again myself. I clearly can't get it right now - I can only assume I can't get all of my hair because for the first time in a long time, my hair is actually past my shoulders and is very thick so I'm sure I've missed spots which is why it looks uneven as hell now.

My question is, what should I ask a stylist at a salon to get them to fix my hair.

In my experience, most stylists will not touch my hair when it comes to color because they don't want to be responsible for it breaking off.

What do I say to get them to actually do it or can I offer them more money to do it or what?

If tiny girls in Japan can go from dark to lavender then I should be able to as well.
