The belt was pretty simple. What I did was take an existing belt that I liked the size of, and basically wrapped and glued some white pleather (or whatever you want to call it, I dunno, I buy it at JoAnn's) and make it connect all the way around with some velcrow. The belt buckle was more complicated, I made it out of crayola play, let it dry, cut off the unshapely bits and finished it the same way I did the helmet (the wall plaster and paint, skipped the bondo). I used the belt buckle to cover up where the belt connected.
