Uh, sorry? Also I don't need to wash it yet, it's not gross or dirty or anything. I reviewed it based on my experience. Again, I don't wear lolita very frequently.
The petticoat is shiny because the material is slightly shiny. It's organza. That's what organza does. See attached picture. It's wrinkly because it's trying to stand on itself, and also it's been in storage. I don't hang my petticoats because it deflates them faster in my experience, so I ball them out and store them in a box in my closet.
