Just had this happen to me... share stories on your experiences (cosplay or lolita). Let's all wallow in our mutual embarrassment.

me:
>Made boots last minute so didn't get to test their durability beforehand
>Boots start gradually falling apart more and more as day goes on
>Apparently didn't use enough velcro for armor so some pieces randomly detached while walking around
>Adding insult to injury, someone stepped on my prop and cracked it

>mfw posing for picture and a piece of armor drops like a stone
>mfw crack on prop is very noticeable

I was able to fix the boots and armor problems for the next day, but I'm cringing thinking of how many pictures I must be in with my cosplay falling apart like that.

My boyfriend broke up with me today, so everything is just shit.
