I'm having a hard time finding blouses that look good under this JSK. The neckline is hard to work with... Right now I'm looking for a plain blouse with a pan collar and puff-sleeves (no buttons or pintucks or anything distracting on the bust) but for some reason I can't find any (I swear they seemed to be everywhere a year ago)

Anyone else have ideas? I've been wearing a cropped cardigan over it for now...
