It's expensive, the router I cut this on is worth maybe... eh.. 1200ish, barebones. I'm in the process of building one for myself that's cost about 550usd so far.

Ha! The precision and automation doesn't magically come once you have a thing that does the things, you have to make the 3D model, set up the cuts, babysit it while it goes bzzzzzzzzzzz for 6 hours.. and even then there'll be plenty of cleanup work!
