/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

Need help finding a good basis.
I have finished the helmet and the gun.
i have gotten the cavalry gloves, half-chaps and the pants about right but for the love of god can't figure out the name for such a style of jacket.
Someone got a clue on how such jackets are called? Furthermore anyone reckon what material the middle flame should be made of (aka should i just sew a fabric flame on or go the metal route)?
