Me and my bud were big fans of VOOT so we would probably just do the Temjin and Apharmd Battler from that game or the two original ones from VOOM.

My gundam helmet was made out of fiberglass and bondo, so I cant really tell you what to do about trying to make it out of foam. Im kinda having the same issues with that material myself at the moment.
