Where can i buy good-looking underskirts? I only have that cheap taobao one in pic related, and as you can see, it doesn't really look good. Plus it's too long! I would need something in the 60-70cm length range.
Should i get ones from taobao brands (infanta for instance), melikestea or simply brand ones?

Also would a white underskirt look good under a (navy) dress with navy lace at the bottom? if i use white as neutrals ofc
