Currently ever single piece I can see looks punk, and the only lolita aspect of it is the shape and length of the skirt. I think it would look a lot better if you balanced the two styles out more. Maybe you can make it into something more like pic related with a lolita blouse & neckbow, fitted frilly-but-punky blazer (check out the BPN section on Closet Child) and a cuter hairstyle like teased pigtails? I'll admit I'm biased against mohawks, I just really don't like them.
