Yes, the Naked palettes are built with neutral and blush hues [in the case of the Naked 3 palette] in mind.

The Naked Basics palettes is a shortened version of the regular ones, and it's kinda cool in my opinion.

Unfortunately I see no use in it because I prefer the Naked 3 palette, but the line in general is good.

You could also look into individual eyeshadows, in the case of M.A.C. and Urban Decay, of course.

However I think a palette would suit you best as the colors work with each other.

Vivienne Westwood released a line of perfumes called Alice.
I own Naughty Alice, which is powdery, but there's is a rosy version which is Cheeky Alice.

I am afraid it's discontinued on her website, you may have luck finding it on other sites.

The one I own is powdery and really nice, so I figure the rosy version is equally good.
