I'm selling a dress and one of the places I have it posted is my local comm. One of the newer girls (who has been rude to me and others in the past and is a known cheapskate) said she "might" be interested when it was original price. Almost a week went by with no word from her, I bumped it down a little lower and asked her if she was still interested.
1. She asked me how much it was, when it was right in the damn photo description.
2. When I responded with the new price, she immediately said she could do $x where x is about a 30% markdown from the new price.
3. I told her I was firm, and she demanded to know how much I originally paid for it.
Am I being a vendetta-chan for getting pissed off at this, or do I have every right to be offended? For the record, I paid just 20% more than what I was originally selling it for, so I don't feel like I'm scalping at all. This is also an out of stock, rare color of an indie print, in like-new condition, so even if I was asking retail which I'm very much not, I don't think it'd be out of question.

no, not really. but the sucking up has gone out of hand and if anyone says anything against "nippon-lolita" they basically get the whole community against them, its pretty terrible actually. I can't wait to move and meet new lolitas because the circle jerking is too much. I'm sure a bunch of girls in the community notice it, but we're all too terrified to say anything. because the comm has just turned into pic related.
