I have very soft features and brow like that just look nasty.
Looking at your pic though it seems that you have deep set eyes and thick lids? Try going on the for a look that's soft overall because it seems like your eyes are dramatic all on their own. The last thing you should do is emphasis your arches. I think that'd really age you. Try something like Kristen Stewart or Natalie Portman.
For makeup I'd suggest a slight Smokey eye using brown liner. Use a light shimmer on the lid I think will give a natural effect while the dark areas conceal how large you're eyes are.
