I'd recommend a blouse with some sort of decoration on the front that would otherwise be hidden under regular cut JSKs. Pic related is a few examples, there are tons of others to pick out from, including blouses with large collars.
Basically what you want to keep on mind is that there's a lot of open space with underbust JSKs and you want to take advantage of that and fill it up with interesting details, so either get an interesting blouse or add a large bow or necklace, or anything else you can think of to a blouse that you already have.
