I don't understand, why bother taking pictures if you're not going to post them? Some of us work really hard on our cosplay and we can't exactly take pictures of ourselves, so we depend on photographers to take good pictures and post them online so we can see how well we did at the con. That's just how it was for years, but recently I have been finding less and less pictures available after a con, and it's frustrating that I can't have a decent set of pictures of my hard work almost anywhere!

You should feel bad for hoarding those pictures for yourselves. You're ruining the cosplay community.

I wonder how many people go to AX alone. Most of the time I see a lot of seagulls posting that they go alone, and that they have trouble meeting people at the con, or socializing.

I've always gone with at least two other people since 2005, and it's become a foreign concept to me that going to AX alone is a thing.

Anyone else go with a group?

Japan Expo and Anime California are literally on two separate sides of Cali.

JX is NorCal
AC is SoCal

I seriously doubt there will be any impact at all on their attendance rates because of their scheduling.
