We are not the Crossplay & Crossdressing Commitee and can't go around saying what is and what is not crossplay aside from dressing as the opposite gender.
Taking hormones isn't recommendable only to a "costume play" since it fuck up the way your body works, the same with getting a nosejob since maybe in a future you will regret it. It is still cross? Yes, you are still the same gender you were at the beginning and still using the opposite gender cloth but is something that you will have to carry the rest of your life. It isn't just some BB cream or make up.

While i agree a little with >>9171990 that anything permanent is a bit too much please let just forget this and go back to main track of this thread.
