Hey gulls. So I want to be one of the characters of a favorite Japanese artist of mine. I want some suggestions on what would look best, and some tips on construction. I'm equally concerned with accuracy as I am with it looking cute, so some stuff I want to be spot on and some elements I want to play around with a bit more.
