I plan on starting a Cyan SB69 cosplay, but I'm having trouble deciding on if I should do her outfit in navy blue or black.

In the anime its obvious she is more of a blue, so I would like to do navy but I have no idea where I should look for her thigh highs and shoes. If anyone could point me in a direction it would be really appreciated! (I always run into this problem with thigh highs goddamn LMAO but I'm not really up for making my own thigh highs)

I'm also not sure if just having my outfit navy blue and just having black shoes+thigh highs would work. Wah. So yeah just wanted some opinions..

tl;dr - Should I go for blue or black.. or a mix of both?
