Yeah, you're probably right. I do tend to study references more than trace them point for point. I'll usually open about a dozen of a similar pose, just so I can understand how they bend and squish and stuff. But maybe I should start following the references closer though, so my mind doesn't distort it while filtering.

I hope I can get to that point some day (in the near future)! I have tried lineless before, but it's been a while. Maybe it's time to try again and see if it'll end in disaster or not.
