I can only be of so much help, since i'm a 65cm waist, but the measurements seem pretty accurate, they fit on me like a pair of baggy pj shorts (pic related, pardon the normalfag shirt, just threw it on as ref for you) and can stretch enough to pretty much fit another person in with me, though i can't personally vouch for the comfort level once stretched out that far
