I'm the same way with my etsy store - sometimes I just don't want to reply right away and I'll wait a day or so to reply because sometimes the questions they ask are downright silly/ridiculous.
At any rate, I have both an eBay and etsy store and this one girl harassed me like crazy over a signed poster. She wanted me to close the auction so she could have it at a cheaper price and not worry about someone else outbidding her. It was idiotic. I had had enough so I just sent her a nasty reply and that was the end of that. Pic related. I didn't even care if my account got suspended for it - which it did not. Good riddance though.
