putting eyeliner on the top and bottom will probably make her eyes look smaller so I recommend a tiny wing of dark liner on the top, tall enough to make her eyes a bit taller looking but flared out to the side enough to accentuate her almond eyes
kinda like this pic
if she's doesn't want to go through the work of keeping the wings even then she can fake that effect by putting on mascara, focusing on the bottom of the top lashes (coating more so there) to give the illusion they are lined/thicker towards her eyelid, then flare out her lashes at the outer corners of her eyes, a little mascara on the bottom outer corners of her lower lashes and a tiny transitioning line of liner at the corner to make it look like shes wearing a bit of liner. its takes less time than putting on winged liner that's for sure haha
and no problem! babylips is really good as a chapstick as well I find !

turned down eyes and mouth corners tend to make people look older, more droopy, but it's not sooo bad you can still wear dark colors if you like them.

but for your eyes a really simply small wing will make your eyes look less down turned. just a little thing like this, basically just point the wing up at the corner of your eyebrow.

mascara isn't a must either, but it will open your eyes more and make them look a bit more dramatic without much more effort.
