I've been thinking of starting up an online shop to sell some handmade. I've found a lot of really cute fabric I'd like to use, but here's my question -
My plan was to create a listing for each premade cut, but allow the buyer to pick from all the fabric, lace, and trims I have available to customize their item. I think Sweet Rococo did something similar to this, but with more depth like choosing the bodice, skirt shape, etc. (Which I don't think I'll be able to do, unfortunately)
Would this be something people would be interested in, or is the release hype much more enjoyable? Since lolita is such a collector's hobby, there definitely does seem to be a preference for owning an item that came out a certain year, with its own item name, and only a few cuts provided.
