/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

Not sure what to expect from this, but I'd like to meet more people from different places than just my current social circle, as they really don't share my interests on cosplay and specifically crossplaying and such.

I attended a Dutch con once and hope to go to one this year if covid measures allow it. I also really want to go to one of the big ones in the US some day, hopefully next year!

Haruhi is my favourite anime of all time, I also like Made in Abyss, Steins;Gate, HxH a lot and many more. I've played a LOT of Dota 2 but I play a wild variety of games and have been moving more towards casual games as of late.

I love cooking and baking, videogames of pretty much any genre except sports, Neuroscience and general Medicine, fashion and a lot more stuff I'm forgetting to list.
>What are you looking for?
Just someone to sometimes talk to and chill I guess, or even a server. Someone who could help me get better at makeup, or just to talk in general about cossplay, crossplaying, fashion, j-fashion, games, and this is a bit random for this particular board I guess, but I also have a history of addiction and recent sobriety and if anyone else has happened to be going through that, or has gone through that I'd like to find more people to speak about that with, share stories, how to cope. But yeah, literally anything as long as you're nice and chill.
