While the giant hello kitty bow ring and the makeup is reminiscent with fairy kei, the rest doesn't it. Graphic tees work in fairy kei, but they should be paired with some brooches, collars or a cover up to make it more than just a graphic tee

Explained well. Pastels, but not light and floaty. Obviously influenced to some degree and could pass off as a jfashion to some, but not fairy kei.

The silhouette is wrong with this.The petticoat looks a bit too big, and as already said, the legwear is wrong. I have to say the shirt+skirt combo is the biggest offender. The shirt doesn't fit the light and airy look of fairy kei. With a switch to a comfy pullover, removal of the blue necklace, the top part of this could be casual fairy.
