This isn't exactly progress but I feel like if I post here I'll be more motivated to actually get started on it so I can post real progress. Not entirely sure when my next convention will be, but I think I have a few months to put this together so it shouldn't be too bad. Going to try and work with different fabrics this time. Also have no idea how to into petticoats, or if that's even what I'd need to give the skirt its "poof". Apart from that I think it'll be a relatively easy outfit to make.

Maybe add a couple of faux pockets (or real pockets that would be useful)? Other than that I think it would be great. Love seeing JSR cosplay.
