That's a pretty nifty looking bag anon, I like it. Were you thinking of something like the utapri bags, where the inside bag just attaches to the clear plastic with straps?
I think if you punch a large rivet into the plastic sides like on the utapri bags, then matching on on the insert, that would be a way to attached the insert to the clear plastic.
