So i ordered this beautiful, black oversized headbow from this seller, she looks like a normie and her stuff looks like it's in decent condition. The bow was shown in GREAT condition and i'm stoked bc its cheap and i needed something casual for my magic amulet... anyways i get it in the mail yesterday and it looks.. burned? I can't describe the feeling of it but it's hard and crusty and slightly brown? I sent her a message about it, i don't mind if i get a refund but i would most certainly like an explanation for this because i'm kind of upset
