Looks like the overall construction was really rushed and the details need more attention. The paint looks a little sloppy too. Although the wig is not too bad considering the difficulty.

If this is one of their first cosplays; A for effort.
If not; they should know better. Quality should be priority. Unless you're just trying to get attention for wearing a skimpy over the top cosplay.
