This thread really went places while I was hiking.
I got ya. In fact I empathize with them. I just had a bad thing happen to me during a rough stretch of my life which served as a catalyst for developing wonky ideas about and resentment towards women. I took hearing that men were this or that and how you're a bad person for hitting on someone completely at face value, because I didn't know any better. Combined with the already mentioned incident, I stayed away from women, even intentionally making a few who approached me feel bad about themselves. Luckily, I recently figured out what was going wrong in me head, so I actually reached out and spoke to some people I trusted. Things are already looking up in just the three short weeks since I made this decision.
There's hope for us all
