Ah the peplos. I made one for a friend and it is the comfiest thing to wear. Even though I focus on late 15th century and mid 16th century I want to make at least one of these to wear in the summer as it is just so so comfortable. Especially if I end up going to pennsic next year.

It's was also worn by Viking women with a t-tunic like dress underneath. I like this look better then the apron dress
