Im currently planning a harlequin costume, and im having trouble with how i should tackle the pattern for the better half of it.
Its impossible to find the exact fabric i want.

I thought about dye stamping one layer first; the colors, and then dye stamping over that layer with the black "background"
Or getting black fabric and using a thick paint/dye that will rest on top of the fabric?
I dont know i need suggestions!
