This is my attitude too. Motionless and Emotionless faces are scary. If an ACTUAL PERSONS FACE was constantly staring straight ahead and smiling, it'd be about as freaky.

Get the technology good enough that the eyes move and the mood changes, and it'll be less scary.

The concept of it being an old dude in there doesn't bug me that much, as long as the old dude in question isn't lecherous or a creep.
