I put a blonde (yes, blonde) shiny party wig on, similar to >>8294473
My mom helped me to make the dress (made in batiste) and the apron was made with a shitty shiny satin, with the ruffles made of some fabric that I found on my house, it was a mess.

Fun tip, I was 17 and when my dad saw me using the garter he stood looking at it and didn't say anything but I knew he was really upset haha
