No, it's:
-The too-dark skin colours
-The way you drew them makes them look decidedly chubby instead of thin, and they are canonically thin
-The anatomy and proportions are off in ways very commonly found on Tumblr art (Pudding, I think, is the best example of Tumblr face)
-The way they're all posed in dynamic ways that aren't all that dynamic because they look like they're individual drawings that have been cut and pasted together- they're dynamic but kind of not
-Everyone's looking at the viewer. Pudding and Zakuro look more natural but everyone else looks forced (especially Lettuce and her blowjob face).
I don't have my tablet but I did a quick edit. I changed the colours a bit, added highlights because you seem to have left them out, and brightened it a bit. It's far from great but I hope it gives you an idea of how it can be improved.
It's shit, but not total shit, and if it's an old piece you've probably improved enough to know how to redraw the parts that need redoing.
If you decide to redo the piece please post it, like the other anon said there's been so much shitposting here lately that a very Tumblr-esque piece of art like this is going to get people salty as shit. If you redo it everyone'll calm down and you'll get more concrit.
