It was at my mothers insistence after talking to her about it that I went and called the company (she would have called them if I didn't). The person who spoke to me on the phone was more than surprised at what the lint shaver did (they're a knitting company), and was more than willing to refund me some money. It wasn't much that I got back, but I'm not complaining.
