This is such a non-issue, bro. Wanna know the answer? Let her be on birth control too. Just because guys have the option now doesn't mean girls lose the option. If she doesn't trust the guy hen take it into her own hands. Right now it's literally the scenario you're describing, but with the sexes reversed. The guy has to rely on the girl telling the truth and has no protection for himself unless he wants to feel absolutely nothing during sex. With birth control for both sexes, it doesn't matter if one is lying, you have yourself covered.
