This is just the main pieces laid out together. It has a high back for the sailor collar and the skirt will have another ~foot of length in ruffles.

I'm really debating how wide to make the skirt. Right now it's sitting just under 2.5 metres, but I don't know if I should add more for dat poof.. Suggestions?
