Ty btw. :) Actually the belts are more of an optical illusion. There's no sagging. It's probably because i had one of the belt buckles flip under and how a couple of them got sewn on. I have about 5-6 pieces of buckram covered steel hoop boning underneath. It flows and moves like an actual hoop skirt. I did fix the buckle issue as well as the one that initially snapped but depending on how i'm standing, you can't really tell that i can move in it. I'm kind of at an angle here so it's easier to see maybe xD. Forgive me if i sounded a little upset, I'm not. Most people came up to me asking how i did this part and wondered how the hell i walked in it lol.
