If you mean toned down menhera, you can look in any of the past threads to find an example. Here's one. Most the style is just a shirt, leg wear, nice shoes, and a couple accessories. Maybe a skirt if it's not just the top worn alone. The makeup is usually simple too.

There's some OTT stuff, but even then it's mostly bright colors paired with a few statement accessories. It doesn't really resemble decora or that one fashion style with the really crazy makeup of which I can't remember the name (Shi-something-or-another, I know it starts with 'S').

Someone else must provide the lolita. Sage because I'm not sure if you are asking about menhera or lolita so this may have been a pointless image.
