It really depends on the print, some are very sought after and are still quite expensive but the less well known ETC prints and more plain items don't go for that much on the whole.

Offbrand-wise Sometimes you can find appropriate knitwear in H&M and UK high street chain New Look (they ship overseas). Occasionally items from brand 'Yumi' are very Jane Marple/ETC-like but the quality is not consistent and many things are over priced - I would recommend looking for Yumi second hand on ebay.

British brand Cath Kidston often has otome-like stuff too but again, it's kinda overpriced for the quality and certain prints are very sought after.

Lady V London is also worth checking out but it's more retro than otome for the most part.
