I want to finally make my first BL order to kind of get myself into lolita. I'm not pretty or thin enough to reward myself with something really nice (working on it though). My only problem is I don't quite understand the shoe sizing? Is it just that the decimal is missing? (Like 225 actually means Japanese size 22.5 because that would make sense)
Pic related are the two dresses I'm trying to choose between, cream L379 or off white L329.
