Well this is rather late, but I managed to do both Hero Hype and Mizucon barbecue.

Hype
>Venue for Hype is insanely tiny, so it's a good thing I just waltzed in for free
>Bumped into familiar faces, as expected
>Finally managed to find the huge abandoned area hidden on the second floor
Barbecue
>Recognized immediately, loads of Iwai people there, but only a few costumes
>Sudden gusts of wind make everybody run away
>...including a guy who rammed my car in the parking lot
