In light of Lime Crap getting pulled from Sephora, I went hunting around online for more options to add to our list of liquid lipsticks that work better than those awful velveteens. Pic related is a brand called Dose of Colors and they also make a liquid lipstick that is matte. I'm not too big on their normal lipsticks, because they look a little too creamy for my tastes. However, the reviews for these pretty little things speak well to their pigment and staying power. Thinking about ordering one for myself once I can decide which color I'd like best.

Matte lipsticks may dry out lips, but a way to avoid that is by exfoliating your lips and moisturizing beforehand.
